About Us

Warango is a culmination of authentic  Indian Vegetarian cuisine with a gastronomical twist. It is an attempt that puts the focal point on the unique sankethi (a community from south India) cuisine combined with an exquisite dining experience. I (Veena ravi) grew up in Mysore, India pursuing carnatic classical music before beginning my culinary journey. I had the opportunity to learn and master traditional sankethi (a community from South India) family recipes. I’m a qualified musician and a certified pastry chef (from Lavonne). Having lived in Australia, Thailand, China, Singapore and in US has given me an insight into exploring international cuisines. Warango is my longing desire to culminate authentic (grandmother's recipes) Indian cuisine with a gastronomical imagination.
